Wulfrath, Germany – has been twinned with Ware since 1971. It is of similar size and population to Ware and is situated 12 miles north of Dusseldorf in the district of Mettmann, in North Rhine-Westphalia.
A “Pledge of Friendship” is signed bi-annually, and over the years many contacts, visits and friendships have been made.
Each year a Christmas Fair is held in the Church Square and a delegation from Ware actively participates.
Cormeilles-en-Parisis – was twinned with Ware in 2001 when a Pledge of Friendship was signed between the two towns. Cormeilles is a much newer town, 10 miles north of Paris and is famous for its Plaster of Paris.
